Made this card for my dear friend Bettina.She celebrates her birthday today .The inspiration for this card came from a blog by Sue Nelson called Heart Prints . She makes amazing cards.
I used a Quickcuts die for the circle and the stamp is Tilda by Magnolia.The circle is popped up ,hard to see from the picture , TFL!!!
