Look what I got yesterday...

from my dear hubby.Yesterday was Tu' Be 'Av, festival of love, also known as (Hag Ha-Ahava), similar to Valentine's Day.We had dinner with our friends at Tavlin a dairy restaurant .Tavlin means spice .There is a spice store right next to this restaurant and the photos of spices on my blog are taken there.

I have been working lately on an album for my DH's commander and that's why I haven't had time to make any cards and neither to update my blog .I'll be finishing the album today so I can get back to card making.

My Cuttlebug is finally here

It has been a good week in many ways. I finally received my cuttlebug and I am so excited!!!Thank you so much for my Dear Mom who bought it for me in U.S .I love you Mom !!!and my dear cousin who was so kind and brought it here from Finland.

I was RAKed 3 times this week.The first arrived on Sunday from Kirsi in Finland then on Monday from Flo in Florida and today I received a RAK from Martha in California.Thank you so much ladies for the amazing RAKs and the beautiful cards you sent me.You have made me very happy.

Then my dear aunt in Finland surprised me and sent me these beautiful little garden and kitchen tools. They are sooo cute.I want to make a wreth with them.When it's ready I'll post it here.

Breakfast at Ein Kerem,Jerusalem

We had breakfast today at Ein Karem Jerusalem in a place called Anashim,which means People.The weather was beautiful not too hot at all.
Right next to the place we ate there is a nice ice cream place and I like how it looks outside so I had to take a picture.

The CS is Bazzill , papers are by Flair design and Francis Mayer.Chipboard is Memory keepers.The letters are from a friend and cut by cuttle bug ,the felt is from Michael's and the corners by prima.The colors look kind of pale here and do look darker and much nicer IRL.

Phone in the pocket !

This card is for my cousin ,who's birthday is next week.
I had this pocket in my stash and I have just waited to use it.The phone has pop ups, but it dosn't really show here.I think I'll frame the card cause it's pretty big.

Happy 4th of July!!

I know it is a day early,but never mind.This is a card I made for our good friend who celebrates his 50th birthday tomorrow.He is a big U.S fan and born on the 4th of July so I thought this would make the perfect card for him.
The paper is by "Me and my big Ideas" and the stitching on the number is my own doodling.Let me know what you think!

Tel Aviv harbor at sunset

Thought I'd share a few pictures of Tel Aviv harbor at sunset.We took our daughter and her friends to a concert(Ivri Lider)Last night at Tel-Aviv harbour .The concert was at Hangar .The sunset was beautiful and there was a nice breeze.It was a long night though cause the concert lasted till 1:00am .

Today is Elad's birthday ,but he is in the army and won't be able to come home .We did go to see him yesterday with two cakes so he could share with his friends.HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELAD!!!!We love you!
